Air Conditioner SPA Series High Duty Deep Wedge Narrow Wrapped V Belts
SPA V-belt is a narrow V-belt with specific cross-sectional dimensions and technical specifications, suitable for high-speed and high-power mechanical transmission. Its pitch width is 11.0mm, top width is 13.0mm, height is 10.0mm, and wedge angle is 40 °.
Compared with ordinary V-belts, narrow V-belts such as SPA V-belts are more suitable for situations with limited space, requiring compact transmission system structures, or for situations where the power transmission is large and too many ordinary V-belts are used. The use of narrow V-belts can shorten the transmission center distance and reduce the width of the pulleys, making them widely used in various power transmissions. In addition, the cross-section of the narrow V-belt is trapezoidal, and the ratio of height to pitch width is greater than that of a regular V-belt, which can increase the contact area between the working surface and the wheel groove, improve transmission power and efficiency.
