Double sided toothed synchronous belt, also known as double-sided toothed belt, is mainly used for double-sided transmission and has the characteristics of synchronization, simultaneity, and dual efficiency.
Design features:
Double sided tooth design: Both sides of the synchronous belt have tooth shapes, which can achieve bidirectional transmission and improve transmission efficiency.
Tooth shape and pitch: The pitch and tooth shape of a double-sided toothed synchronous belt are the same as those of a single-sided toothed synchronous belt, but the double-sided tooth shape gives it higher transmission capacity and stability.
Standard type: The double-sided toothed synchronous belt can be divided into two standard types according to the non fabric of the belt teeth: DA type and DB type. The teeth on both sides of the DA type are symmetrically arranged, while the teeth on both sides of the DB type are arranged in staggered positions.
Material and classification:
Main materials: Double sided toothed synchronous belt. According to its main materials, there are two main types: chloroprene rubber double-sided toothed synchronous belt and polyurethane double-sided toothed synchronous belt.
Tooth shape classification: According to its tooth shape characteristics, double-sided tooth synchronous belts can be further divided into trapezoidal tooth double-sided tooth synchronous belts and arc tooth double-sided tooth synchronous belts.
