Ceramic Glass Industry Grinding Machinery Equipment Belts AT10 series Timing Synchronous Belts
AT10 synchronous belt is a widely used belt type in the synchronous belt transmission series.
The AT10 synchronous belt is made of high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane material and high-strength steel wire core through a special molding process, which has wear resistance and shear resistance. A layer of imported APL red adhesive is added to its surface, which has high-temperature and wear-resistant properties, making the synchronous belt surface elastic and providing cushioning, protecting the glass surface.
At the same time, it increases the friction between the belt and the glass surface, preventing sliding and avoiding glass damage or belt scratches.
The AT10 synchronous belt also features trapezoidal tooth form, elastic support, tooth combination durability and light weight, as well as stability and flexibility in providing fiberglass wire length. It allows for the use of small pulley diameters (from 6 millimeters in diameter), has the maximum number of mesh teeth, is suitable for use with high stepping motors, and is very stable.
AT10 synchronous belt is mainly used in grinding machinery equipment in the ceramic and glass industries, playing a role in grinding and conveying. In addition, it can also be applied to small packages and high-speed precision drives, such as office machines and computers, making it an ideal transmission solution for these devices.
